About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Over stayed Inquiry

I have overstayed in China and was deported since 2014,so please i want to know the year I will be qualified to apply for Chinese visa again.

New law stipulates that the banned period may range from one to ten years although 5-year is the most common. You need to contact either the consulate or local immigration to find out.
