About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

I've read that only eligible transit port as for a train station is Beijing West Railway Station.

Will it likely only be this train station, or might there be an extension in the nearby future to add BJ Railway Station as well as a eligible station for the 144-Hour Visa-Free Transit?
Thank you in advance.

- I was thinking to do (a part) of the Trans Mongolian Express train route, with a start in BJ and ending in Moscow. But with the information I've read I can only have benefit of the 144 hours visa free transit in BJ, when flying to Mongolia instead of taking the train. -

Hi Jus, I'm not sure whether the BJ railway station would be included as eligible station and it depends on the government policy. Besides, it is true that you can only enjoy the policy when you take the plane in this trip.

I think "Beijing West Railway Station" refers only to the Beijing-Kowloon through train Z97/98.

Because this train is boarding and disembarkation restricted. For passengers bound for HK, they need to enter through a special inspection hall, pass immigration, quarantine and customs check and board. Inter-regional travel documents, such as a Hong Kong and Macau travel permit, are required. The compartments to Hong Kong are separated with the others. After they leave Beijing, those carts to HK will not be opened again until they arrive in Hung Hom Station.
