About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hour visa waiver route HK - Shanghai - Macau

Hi, if I travel HK - Shanghai (spend 4 days in Shanghai) and then travel Shanghai - Macau would this qualify for the 144 hour twov waiver?

HK > Shanghai > Macau is allowed on a transit without visa. You can then take the boat back to Hong Kong after landing in Macau.
