About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

We are flying from London (change flights in Dubai), then fly to Shanghai

stay 3 nights then take the MSC cruise heading towards Dubai. A, I eligible for the 144 hour free transit visa and can I get this before my trip?

Yes, you are eligible if you only stay in Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu for 3 nights and then leave China from the port in these three areas.
