About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I apply the 24 hour visa free

if my flight stops in Guangzhou for 15 hours then 2 hours in Wuhan on Nz passport

If you will go to a third country or region different from the last one you come from after transiting in mainland China, you can apply for 24h twov, and no visa will be needed.
