How can I get rid from discrimination by colleagues and family members?

I am male, I was born in 27 January, 1973 Nepal. At work in the office I am discriminating with my supervisor and colleagues and family with elder brothers. Please give me any ideas that I can get cooperative behavior from my supervisors in the office. Also what will make me success in my work, find new jobs etc?
