CHINA VISA WAIVER

Wife & self on a Queen Mary 2 cruise visiting Shanghai for 2 days on 22 & 23 February 2019 & Tientsin, also for 2 days on 26 & 27 February 2019. Both appear to be within the 144 hour twov waiver period allowed. Would much appreciate your valued advice as our enquiry with the "official" China visa people not helpful as they expressed ignorance of the 144 allowance.

Would also appreciate information on day excursions you offer from both ports of call.
