I am in Shenzhen, My return flight is from HKIA to Chennai, booked in Cathy Pacific.

I planned to take a ferry from Shekou port to HKIA.
I am confused about the baggage check in and getting my boarding pass. Pls advice on below..

1. Can I do a luggage check in at the port so that I can collect it at final destination Chennai (not in HKIA)??
2. Can I get a return boarding pass in the port, so that I can walk free to boarding gate once I reach HKIA??
