hello, would the temple of heaven be open on Dec 25?

Yes, it is opened on that day,
From November to March, the opening hours are:
1. North, East, South and West Gates: 06:30 - 22:00;
2. Main attractions inside: 08:00 -17:00;
3. Combo ticket selling stops at 15:30.
