About:Chinese Embassy in Nepal

does entry before date include the date of arrival in chinese visa ?

my chinese visa is issued and in visa steaker entry before 28 oct i think last date of arrival is 28 oct i should enter china 28 oct at 24.00

You are supposed to enter mainland China before 24:00 of 28 oct.
