About:Beijing Capital International Airport

Chengdu-Beijing Capital Airport-Munich, time for transfer & procedures

I'll arrive from Chengdu to PEK at 9:45, T3 and will depart at 12.35 to Munich at T3,
will this be enough time for transfer? How are the procedures/route description?

Arrival –Inspection & Quarantine -Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection –Security Check –Customs Inspection – Waiting & Boarding
