IS SHENZHEN ALSO 72 HOURS VISA FREE FOR EU-NATIONALS

Hi,
I am an Austrian (EU) citizen and will fly with Hainan Airlines to/from Shenzhen.
As there is a long layover between my connecting flights I am thinking about a short visit to the City.
Is Shenzhen also up to 72 hours free transit for EU-citizens (and some others) as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and ??
