About:Chinese Consulate in Christchurch

Do you issue visas for NZ residence if you come into CHCH consulate.

Hi, We are coming down to Chch this week and want to know if we come in with passports and applications filled out are the visas issued straight away.Or do we have to leave passports there. Also can we apply on behalf of someone else if we have all their details (eg. Passports and application forms)

Usually, you have to leave passports there. Also you can apply on behalf of someone else if you have all their details.
