I am a philippine passport holder having a long lay over in guangzo, do I need a transit visa?

Moscow to Manila (2hr and 55 mins layover in guangzo)
Manila to Moscow(15hrs layover in guangzo)

You are eligible for the 24h twov in Guangzhou in both directions. No transit G type is needed.
