About:Shenzhen Transportation

We have a 12:45pm flight from HKIA to Los Angeles on Cathay Airlines.

Is the 11:15am ferry appropriate to take for the 12:45pm flight departure?

Yes, it is and you can take the ferry to the airport. The duration is about half an hour.
