Maam my friend is overstaying in china,and caught by police how can we send her back home.thanks

As I know, your friend might be put into detention camp for up to 15 days.

Maam my sister get caught by the police for staying in china with no visa..
How can we get out her there?
And we dont have update About her case.

no one can help you here, so contact the local govt immigration office .. they have an address and phone number ffs. if she overstayed and was arrested, she did something serious and was unable to pay the fine, which could not be more than 10,000 RMB, so how can she be in china with no money?! Seems fishy... pay the fines and she can go, I am sure of it.
