i enter here in china last march 31, then how can go home in the philippines without any paying because i dont really have money here i find job but its to hars to find a job here in china thank you...

Hi, you should first report your loss to the local police station and then you can get the loss certificate. Afterwards, take the loss certificate to the embassy of India in China to apply for a new passport. Or you can ask the policeman if you can go home after getting the loss certificate.
