Luggage size and weight

I have 2 large 28" luggage that probably more than 25kg per bag. If i take bullet train does it allow me to carry on?

The weight did seems too much, but I have seen people with 2 suitcases. So if your suitcases are 28'', still within the allowed size, it should be fine to take them with you.
