About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Visa concerns. I will be visiting Beijing in 2 weeks.

I have received a Chinese entry permit for 10 years with M entries. If I decide to visit Hong Kong with there will I need any other type of visa or does the one I already have be enough?

You can enjoy free entry to HK for a stay of not more than 90 days, and you can re-enter mainland China with the current visa from HK. Don't worry.
