About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

We will be on a cruise ship landing for 8 hours in Sanya.

That is the only destination in China. We are one German and one Swede.
Are we aloud to go ashore without a visa (TWOV?).
What documents do we need for that?

Best regards
Sven

Hi, if you can meet the requirements of the Hainan 30-day visa-free access, you will be fine to have the layover in Hainan without visa.
