About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Application of Z Visa

I got an offer from a company in Beijing to work for that company. Is it necessary for me to post my authenticated documents to that company to help me apply for the work permit, or can I just submit the electronic documents to them via email. I am a bit worried about posting my documents to Beijing.

Hi, personally I think you need to post your authenticated documents to that company to help you apply for the work permit. Or you can contact them to inquire if you can just submit the electronic documents to them via email. Good luck.

You just need to send the SCAN copies of your documents. When your Employer apply for the Work Permit it is done online. So they have to upload the SCAN copies of your documents. You don't need to send the original copies of your documents for that matter.
