Transit visa from Dubai to Philippines

Hi. I am a Philippine passport holder traveling from Dubai to Philippines with a layover of 19 hours in Guangzhou and I really wanted to get out of the airport and see the beauty of Guangzhou. Do I still need to get a transit visa in the embassy of China so that I can get out of the airport? Thank you so much.

Hi, you are eligible for the 24h twov in Guangzhou, and you are allowed to get out of the airport and see the beauty of Guangzhou. Don't worry.
