Hi, if you are Filipino, you can enjoy free entry to HK for a stay of not more than 14 days. So if you go there for less than 14 days, you don't need to apply for a visa then. You can go there directly by bringing your passport, the return or onward ticket, hotel reservation and enough travel fees.
