About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Istanbul - Beijing - Brussels

I will fly from Istanbul to Beijing and from Beijing to Brussels. Can I make use 72 transit. I arrive from Istanbul to Beijing at 15:15 on 18/09 and will depar from Beijing to Brussels at 04:00 on 20/09. Is it applicable for me?
