About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Am a Nigerian and also my first time visiting China.

I have overstayed my visa for one year now. Am ready to pay for overstaying. What's likely my punishment?

A fine of CNY 10,000, detention for up to 15 days, and a ban of at least 5 years from the country.
