Hello, can you please tell me what should I do in order to get my BA degree and Non-Criminal record legalized at the Chinese Embassy in Rabat?

You should first get them notarized by the local notary public and the Foreign Affairs of your country; and then go to the embassy of China to get that attested; the required documents include your passport and its copy, the application form for attestation, and your degree and the record and the copies.
