hi good day. i am a filipino. and my visa will release this september 14.

do i need to go back to philippines for some requirements like oec?

If you want to continue to stay in China, you are advised to try applying for a visa extension at the Immigration Administration. Otherwise, you can leave China before the visa expires.

Generally, you don't need that but I'm not sure. It is better for you to consult the embassy and the Immigration Administration.
