hi is syrian national need in visa going to hongkong? he is planning to go for visit for 3 days on november? how we will apply for that? thanks

Yes, you need to apply for HK visit visa. If you go there for tourism purpose, you need to provide copy of passport, the application form affixed with a passport-style photo, proof of your financial support, transportation and accommodation arrangement, and your travel plan, and then submit the application to the China embassy to apply for that.
