About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

Apply for visa. Why must I apply with round trip air ticket and hotel reservations.

What happens to such payments am denied access.

If you don't have invitation letter from China, you are supposed to provide round trip air tickets, and hotel booking record for the application.
