About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit at 2 different airport

Hi, I am Vietnamese. I fly from Japan to VietNam, and transit in different 2 airports SHA and PVG within 24 hours.
This is my root :HND->SHA->PVG->SGN. So I have to move from SHA to PVG. I don't know I can move without visa? Or I must do something to move from SHA to PVG?
Thank you .

Your trip qualifies for the 24h twov in Shanghai. But leaving the airport is no longer possible if your layover is less than 24 hours regardless of nationality, so if possible you can apply for a visa for the trip. Just in case.
