About:China Student Visa

Study Suspension and Visa

I was a student in China for 3 years then I suspended my study for one year.. right now I want to go back to China to resume my study.. which kind of visa should I apply now and what are the requirements?

*my resident permit has been cancelled right after I suspended to study
**my university said that I could apply for tourist L then as soon as I arrived at China they will arrange it into study X.. but I have been rejected twice by my embassy for applying the tourist L, because I still need to submit the notice from the university, either LoA or JW201/202

It's possible to change the L type into student X type after entering China. But if you can prepare all right documents, you are advised to apply for a valid student X type.
