About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Double city stays on 144-hour visa allowed?

If I'm staying two nights in Hangzhou and then three nights in Shanghai, am I breaking any 144-hour visa rules? (Getting my visa on arrival into Shanghai.)
