About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I’m flying from Frankfurt to Changsha (I’ll spend only four hours in that airport) and then Taiwan

I have Chilean and Croatian passports and once I visited China and I got the tourist L, but now it’s only six hours layover and I would like to know if I need to apply for a visa before arrival

You are eligible for the 24h twov in Changsha. No visa will be required for that trip.
