About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I had to get an American visa as I have a 30 year old driving conviction (driving without due care)

Would I still qualify for a 72hr free transit stop over or would I need to apply for a visa. I'm not sure if their rules are as strict as America's?

If your travel route qualifies for the free transit policy, I think you can apply for that then.
