There are many buses from Shenzhen to Sanya or Haikou.
You can take the bus from Shenzhen to Sanya or Sanya at Longgang Long-distance Bus Station, Baoan Bus Station, Shenzhen Bus Station or Shajing Bus Station.
The ticket price is about CNY400 - 550 and it may take at least one day from Shenzhen to Sanya and about 10 hours Shenzhen to Haikou.

You can take the bus from Luohu Bus Station to Haikou at 13:20 or 15:30, with ticket price of CNY300.0
