About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

Transit Visa Shenzhen

Hi is this true?
Basically "The implementation of this policy will allow travelers to stay within the young city of Shenzhen without entry permit for up to three days as long as the person in transit has valid travel documents, booked tickets to another outbound destination and entry permit for that country."

If Im flying to Shenzhen from HK, ant then to Chongqing. Is that possible to do it without entry permit?

Based on what I know, there is no 3 days visa-free transit in Shenzhen, so I'm afraid you are supposed to apply for a visa to do your trip.

You were right. In adition: If you had an overstay in China, even for one day. They will not grant you the Free Transit Visa if you do 2 transfers on international airports.

Example:
HK-> Shanghai->Congqing->LAX.

They will retain you in the first Chinese airport, and "force" you to change your ticket out of China.
