Can I help my parents to apply Visa to China?

If yes, any extra documents needed besides that passport(original and photocopy), photo, flight ticket copy?

Yes, you can, and you need therie passports, visa application forms and photos, proof of lawful residence (for applicants who are not in the country of nationality).
