To Colombo from Seoul

american citizen, traveling to Colombo, Sri Lanka from Seoul, South Korea.

Am I eligible, they don't specify which Korea is ok to travel from above and I believe Sri Lanka is not on the list -although I am traveling to Sri Lanka and not from.

It’s your nationality that matters, not your origin or destination. USA passport is fine.
