Train ticket without passport

I renew my visa and I will receive it in 3weeks and I need to travel by train in few days, can I still buy a ticket ? And travel ? What documents should I take to repoace my passport ?

After you submit your passport to renew the visa, you would get a pick-up slip, and with this slip you can travel and buy tickets. Don't worry about that.
