About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Eligible for 144 hour transit?

We are visiting Shanghai and Hangzhou only for 5 days only, flying in and out of Singapore. Our passport and duration meet the transit requirements, however given we are flying return to the same destination, does it qualify for the free transit requirements?

You need a visa or different flights. You're not in transit and therefore visa-free transit obviously doesn't apply to you.
