About:Simatai Great Wall

Hello, thanks for all of your information to reach the Great Wall.

You said that the site is opening at 8am but the first ticket available is at 10am. What is the earliest we could be on site ?

What is the better option to admire the Great Wall by night? Is the day ticket also good for the night ?

Is there cheap places to stay around Simatai to be there early ?

It opens from 8:00am and the shuttle bus starts to running at 10:00am, so you can arrive there before 8:00am.
The night scenery is also great and you can enjoy the lights.
As for hotels, you can stay in Gubei Water Town. There are some reasonable hostels like Guzhai Inn, Youyou Holiday Apartment and Linjia Inn.

Thanks for your reply. So if we arrived at 8pm, we could walk en enter the park without using the shuttle ?
