About:China Family Reunion Visa

Planning to get Q Visa

Hi, I am Filipino who is married to Chinese guy. I was granted a L last July and We came to China with our son that is almost 2 years old. He’s a Chinese citizen, in my visa I only have 14 days of duration to stay in China. Now I and husband returned to Philippines to get our marriage notarization in the embassy , and plan to return to China as soon as possible because our child is left in China under the care of my mother in law. I wonder if I can apply for Q this time, and should I have to submit another bank certificate this time? I was confused because in the websites it says the requirements of bank certificate is for first time applicant.

Yes, you can apply for the Q visa. As the bank certificate is for first-time applicants while you are not, so you don't have to submit it this time.
