Deadline of registration

Deadline of registration on JW202 and admission notice does it have effect on visa approval? Do I need an extension letter to show to the embassy during interview if the deadline for registration has ended

I don't think it has effect on visa approval. If the deadline for registration has ended, you may not be able to register at the school. So you'd better not take the risk and handle everything as fast as possible.
