Do I need multiple entry visa for daily commuting between MTR station in lowu to Sheung Shui in HK?

I am planning to play golf in HongKong Golf Club and intend to stay in hotels near MTR station in Lohu, Shenzhen. Thank you

Yes, you are supposed to apply for a multiple entries Chinese visa for that.
