About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

144 hours visa free: London to Shanghai to Columbo (Sri Lanka).

I’ll be traveling from London to Shanghai, 3 days later I’ll be flying from Shanghai to Columbo (Sri Lanka). All flights are non stop. I have UK passport, don’t qualify for the 144 hour visa free?
