Generally, you will go through from Xian, Lanzhou, Dunhuang, Turpan and Urumqi and all these cities have set in the season of early winter, the temperature is a bit low. And the temperature fluctuates greatly between day and night. So I suggest you bring enough clothes like sweaters, down jackets, hats and gloves to keep you warm in case the temperature changes.
