Is the second half of September good time to visit Yellow Dragon park?

Yes, it is a good time! The nearest airport is Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, about 30km northwest. As for hotels, you may stay near the park, I happen to know a Se’erjie International Hotel near the lower cable car station.
