Is there a bus from Shangri-la to Potatso National Park?

I am traveling by myself and to rent a charter or a taxi would be too expensive. Thanks a lot for your help.

There are buses from Shangri-la Bus Station to Potatso at 8:00, 8:40, 9:30, and 10:20. Btw, the bus fare is CNY 15.
