does anyone knows if there still provide luggage storage in Pudong airport?

I have a 14 hrs. layover in the airport and want to do some sightseeing in shanghai suburb. thanks

Yes, the luggage storage is still available. BTW, you can store the luggage near No. 4 & 5 Gate or No. 10 &11 Gate in T1, and near the exit of International Arrival Hall in T2.
