Please I have a conference for less than a week in China. I'm a Ghanaian currently resident in South Korea. Do I need to apply for visa or what am I supposed to do?

Yes, you need to apply for visa for that. If you have valid ARC card in South Korea, you can try to make the application from the CVASC in there. First, prepare the relevant documents including your passport and copy of its data page, a fully filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, ARC card in there, and an invitation letter from the conference as well as others. Next, go to the CVASC to submit the application.
